ARK Restoration Services uses SMS and voice calls to respond to service requests, dispatch technicians, confirm arrival times, share job updates, send appointment reminders, and answer questions about your restoration project. This is not a marketing program. We do not send promotional broadcasts.

How you opt in (consent)

You opt in to receive SMS messages from ARK Restoration Services when you:

  • Submit a form on this website with the SMS/contact-consent checkbox checked;
  • Text our business number first;
  • Provide your mobile number to a technician and ask to be reached that way.

By opting in you agree to receive SMS from ARK Restoration Services at the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. During an active job you may receive multiple messages per day. Outside an active job you'll typically receive zero messages.
